It says it makes your teeth appear whiter, It's not going to give you long lasting whitening results. Many people thought it was a whitening toothpaste but it just give the illusion of whiter teeth. I used it once and I did see a little bit of difference in the color of my teeth. I think that if you use it 2-3 times daily you will probably see a bigger difference. I didn't do that because it says its just an instant illusion so why live a lie of whiter teeth lol :) I would recommend this product if you are having a wedding or celebration and know that you will be photographed bc its much easier to use this toothpaste a couple of times then to spend a load of money on teeth whitening systems that may or may not work.
